Original Paramount Pictures one sheet (27×40) for the Clint Eastwood film FLAGS OF OUR FATHERS (2006) starring Ryan Philippe, Jesse Bradford, Barry Pepper, Jamie Bell, and Adam Beach. Director Eastwood created a powerful war drama focusing on six young men and their contributions to ending WWII in the battle of Iwo Jima. What happens to three of these men (one being Native American Ira Hayes) as they return to the US and are treated as heroes makes for some pretty powerful filmmaking. Eastwood simultaneously dealt with the Japanese side of the battle with another film released three months later, entitled LETTERS FROM IWO JIMA. Double-sided. Unfolded. Very fine plus condition.
