The performances of Keaton and Finney are among the best in their distinguished careers; indeed, they were both nominated for Golden Globe best acting awards. The scenes between Finney and his oldest daughter played by Hill are absolutely heart breaking. This original one sheet poster is folded and in near mint condition.

Jones (Finney), an incorrigible ne’er-do-well, goes on a quest for the love of his neighbor’s daughter (York) which takes him on a tumultuous adventure through fashionable London society in a series of comedic wrong-turns and misunderstandings. The film is well directed, well acted, beautifully photographed with a stunning soundtrack. The film was nominated for 10 Academy Awards and won four Oscars: Best Picture, Best Director to Richardson, Best Screenplay to John Osborn for his hilarious adaptation of the 18th century novel by Henry Fielding, and Best Original Music to John Addison. With artwork by Bronislaw Zelek, this original Polish poster is in very fine condition.

The film follows Joanna (Hepburn) and Mark (Finney) from their courtship and marriage to parenthood and infidelity. However, the story is not told in a linear narrative but rather cleverly in a series of five road trips. The chemistry between the two leads is quite good, especially in the early days of their relationship. The film received an Academy Award nomination for Frederic Raphael’s original screenplay. This original twenty four sheet billboard poster is in very fine condition.
