The film concerns the escapades of a traveling theatrical troop in the American wild west headed by Quinn and Loren as his leading lady. The original novel by Louis L’Amour and the film were inspired by the life of vaudeville actress Adah Isaacs Menken (1835-1868). A blonde Sophia Loren was cast in the role of Angela after Marilyn Monroe refused to do the part. This original set of British front of house cards is in very fine condition.
