Original Orion Pictures One Sheet Poster (27×41) for the Harold Ramis golf club comedy, CADDYSHACK (1980) starring Chevy Chase, Rodney Dangerfield, Ted Knight, and Bill Murray. When released in 1980, this film was on the cutting edge of comedy with two Saturday Night Live alumni (Chase and Murray) who had irreverence for all things. Rarely does a comedy have so many actors who fit their characters so perfectly. Chase, Dangerfield, and Murray all deliver one of the best performances of their careers. This original one sheet poster is in fine condition.

Original Warner Brothers One Sheet Poster (27×41) for the Allan Arkush sport comedy, CADDYSHACK II (1988) starring Jackie Mason, Robert Stack, Dyan Cannon, and Chevy Chase. Although this film is entertaining and fun to watch, most critics feel this sequel doesn’t even compare to the hilarious original film. Part of the problem is that Chevy Chase was the only original cast member to return for this sequel, and he later said he regretted his decision. Rodney Dangerfield was going to reprise his original character, but he quit the project when the writers refused to let him “tweak” the script. This original one sheet poster is in fine plus condition with one additional fold.

Original Orion Pictures One Sheet Poster (27×41) for the John Landis western comedy, THREE AMIGOS! (1986) starring Steve Martin, Chevy Chase, and Martin Short. This film is the story of three unemployed movie stars banished from silent-era Hollywood who are then solicited by a poor Mexican villager to come to her town for a “job.” Through a series of misunderstandings, the oblivious actors find themselves defending the Mexican villagers from actual banditos. Also starring Alfonso Arau as the comic villain El Guapo, and with a plethora of cameos and early appearances by Jon Lovitz, Phil Hartman, Joe Mantegna, and the like, John Landis’ comedy is a little all-over-the-place, but still hilarious. This original one sheet poster is folded and very fine condition.
