Original Universal Pictures Scene Lobby Card (11×14) for the Edward Dein horror/sci-fi classic, THE LEECH WOMAN (1960)—starring Coleen Gray, Grant Williams, and Phillip Terry. The story involves an endocrinologist (Terry) who is in a dysfunctional marriage with an aging, alcoholic wife (Gray) and journeys to Africa seeking a drug that will restore his wife’s youth. He discovers the compound, but it must be consumed with fluid from the pineal gland of a newly dead person. A clever story with some unexpected plot twists and a forceful portrayal of the desperate wife by Gray make this film fun to watch. With only some minor staple holes, this original scene lobby card is in fine plus to very fine condition.
