The acting performances of Dillon and Rourke are truly remarkable and memorable; indeed, all of the performances are of break out quality for Lane, Cage, and Fishburne. The black and white cinematography is hypnotic and complimented perfectly by Stewart Copland’s Golden Globe nominated score.
