Original 20th Century-Fox Advance One Sheet Poster (27×41) for the Tim Burton fantasy masterpiece, EDWARD SCISSORHANDS (1990) starring Johnny Depp, Winona Ryder, Dianne Wiest, Anthony Michael Hall, and Vincent Price. One of Tim Burton’s best films, it tells the story of an inventor (Price), whose greatest creation is Edward. Unfortunately, the inventor dies before he can complete Edward’s hands; instead, he is left with metal scissors for hands. Depp gives a phenomenal performance as Edward, and Price deftly plays the inventor in one of his last film performances. Many critics felt that Depp and Burton should have won the Oscars for Best Actor and Best Director; however, the only nomination the film received was for Best Makeup. This original double-sided advance one sheet poster is in fine plus condition, with bright colors and some slight fold creases—but no fold separations.
