Sutherland plays a German spy who has information that will reveal the details of the D-Day invasion but who also becomes involved with the wife of crippled man on a an isolated island off the Scottish coast while he waits to be picked up. The island vistas are breathtaking, and the score by Miklos Rosza is stunning. This original insert card is rolled and in very fine plus condition.

Original Universal Pictures One Sheet Poster (27×41) for the Federico Fellini biographical drama, FELLINI’S CASANOVA (1976) starring Donald Sutherland, Tina Aumont, and Cicely Browne. Casanova was an 18th Century Venetian writer, wit, and aesthete living in an era of grand opulence but also of grand waste, and Sutherland portrays Casanova as both a sexually ravenous as well as a deeply cynical man. A frightening but hauntingly beautiful film, many critics consider it to be Fellini’s last great film and Sutherland’s career best performance. The film was nominated for Best Screenplay and deservedly won the Oscar for Best Costume Design. This original one sheet poster is folded and in fine condition.

In 1930s Los Angeles, a young artist/designer dreams of success in the studio system. His perceptions are dramatically changed as he discovers the rot eating at Hollywood’s core. Based on the acclaimed novel by Nathanael West and beautiful realized in this Paramount production. The artwork on this poster is enigmatic and open to interpretation. With artwork by Rene Mulas, this original Polish poster is in very fine plus condition.

TERROR’S HOUSE OF HORRORS (1956) starring Christopher Lee, Peter Cushing, Michael Gough, Bernard Lee and Donald Sutherland. This is known as one of the British Amicus Films “Omnibus” horror movies. In this entry, five strangers meet a mysterious figure in a train compartment and each draws a tarot card, leading into five different tales of vampirism, voodoo, murder, lycanthropy and more. The pairing of Lee and Cushing made this a particularly fun event for the horror buff. The poster is folded and in fine condition. Color is vivid. There are some pin holes from where the poster was pinned up when previously hung. There is a semi-circular tear of two inches mid-poster, repaired with archival tissue.

They meet a pair of elderly sisters, one of whom claims to be a psychic who can see the spirit of their dead daughter. This wonderfully haunting drama boasts excellent performances from the cast, expert directing, and superb cinematography. It is certainly one of the most intriguing and gripping horror mysteries ever made. This original one sheet poster is folded and in fine plus condition, with no fold separations but some minor light creases.

Original Columbia Pictures Window Card (14×22) for the Kevin Billington romantic drama, INTERLUDE (1968) starring Oskar Werner, Barbara Ferris, Virginia Maskell, and Donald Sutherland. This undiscovered British masterpiece is the story of two tortured lovers, Werner a temperamental symphony conductor and Ferris a naive newspaper reporter, who must cope with Werner’s wife (Maskell) and two young children. This bittersweet and mellow love story has an excellent cast who all give very convincing performances, especially Werner. The film also boasts a beautiful score by Georges Delerue, which mixes excerpts from classical pieces with original music in a complimentary style. This original window card is in very fine condition.
