Original 20th Century Fox One Sheet Poster (27×41) for the Joel and Ethan Coen crime comedy thriller, BARTON FINK (1991) starring John Turturro, John Goodman, Judy Davis, and Michael Lerner. This film has a wonderful sense of ironic humor about a successful New York playwright, Barton Fink (Turturro), who comes to Hollywood to write a script for a Wallace Berry wrestling movie. Staying at the eerie Hotel Earle, Fink develops severe writer’s block. Turturro gives the performance of a lifetime as Fink, and John Goodman proves that he is a first class acting talent. Michael Lerner was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor. The film was also nominated for Oscars for Best Art Direction and Best Costumes. This original rolled one sheet poster is double-sided and in very good condition – a little rumpling, but presents well. Double sided.
