Original Lippert Pictures one sheet poster for the William F. Claxton film DESIRE IN THE DUST, distributed by 20th Century Fox. The film starred Martha Hyer and Raymond Burr (of Perry Mason fame.) This one should be called DESIRE IN THE SWAMP. It takes place in Clinton, Louisiana and the whole film is peopled with those degenerated crazy overheated white people that make up The Southern Goth. The poster is a theater-used copy with some issues: some fold separations, some small pinholes. Condition is rated as good.
