Because of this success, there now had to be the inevitable sequels. What Zemechis came up with is every bit as whimsical as the original movie, but the pace of the action is quite brisk. This original advance poster is folded and in very good condition, with minor fold distresses and minor rumpling.

Disney released the film, its second to receive a PG rating, without any mention of its involvement, in hopes that the teenage audiences would be more likely to see it if they didn’t know it was a Disney picture. Still the film was a complete flop at the box office, but in a few years HBO was responsible for turning it into a cult classic. This original one sheet poster is folded and in very fine condition.

Their pious mother (Rowlands) reproaches them for their irresponsibility, especially when they quit their jobs and go on tour with their band, “The Barbusters.” But unlike other films about rock n’ roll bands, there is no excess, decadence, drugs, or groupies. Rather, this is an unvarnished drama about the pure, unglamorous reality of ordinary people trying to make it with a rock band. This original one sheet poster is rolled and in near mint condition. One of the more interesting and underrated movies about kids in the eighties.
