Original Columbia Pictures Half Sheet Poster (22×28) for the Don Chaffey adventure fantasy, JASON AND THE ARGONAUTS (1963) starring Todd Armstrong, Nancy Kovack, and Gary Raymond. This is the story of the legendary Greek hero who leads a team of intrepid adventurers in a perilous quest for the Golden Fleece. Bernard Herrmann composed an excellent score for this film, and the special effects creator was stop-motion magician Ray Harryhausen. His legendary skeleton fight at the end of the film took Harryhausen and his special effects crew three months to create. Originally folded, this half sheet poster is in fine plus condition. Folded.

Original United Artists Window Card (14×22) for the Frederick De Cordova musical comedy, FRANKIE AND JOHNNY (1966) starring Elvis Presley, Donna Douglas, Harry Morgan, and Nancy Kovack. Set on a riverboat in the 1890′s, the film tells the story of Johnny (Presley) who is a riverboat entertainer with a big gambling problem. Frankie (Douglas) is his girl, but then his redheaded “lucky charm” Nellie (Kovack) comes on the scene. Besides the title song, other notable songs include “Hard Luck” and “Please Don’t Stop Loving Me.” This original window card is in fine plus condition.
