Original MGM Title Lobby Card (11×14) for the Edward Dmytryk romantic drama, RAINTREE COUNTY (1957) starring Montgomery Clift, Elizabeth Taylor, Eva Marie Saint, Nigel Patrick, and Lee Marvin. When this film was in rehearsals, Clift’s notorious drinking problem got completely out of hand. When the film was half finished, Clift left a party given by Taylor and her husband Michael Wilding and crashed his car into a telephone pole, horribly disfiguring his face. Production on the film was shut down for weeks, but the film was finally completed and received four Academy Award nominations, including Taylor’s first nomination for Best Actress. This original title card is in very fine to near mint condition.

Original MGM Insert Poster (14×36) for the Albert Lewin interpretation of the legend of the Flying Dutchman, PANDORA AND THE FLYING DUTCHMAN (1951) starring James Mason, Ava Gardner, and Nigel Patrick. This original insert poster is in very good condition, with one corner missing. The film has attained almost cult film status with some fans of fantasy/mystery movies. Posters for the film are scarcer than usual for a film of its era. The corner on this poster may be easily replaced by a competent paper conservator. Ask us about poster conservation and restoration. This is a title that is increasingly hard to find.
