When Hedren’s character travels to a seaside town, the local birds begin attacking the residents with increasing regularity and escalating viciousness. Not knowing why the birds resort to this psychotic behavior only adds to the feeling of unrelenting terror. This original Belgian poster is folded and in fine plus condition.

Original MGM Pressbook (12×17) for the Frank Tashlin romantic comedy, THE GLASS BOTTOM BOAT (1966) starring Doris Day, Rod Taylor, and Arthur Godfrey. The 12-page pressbook is filled with ad mats, publicity ideas, production information and other promotional ideas intended to give theater owners help in supporting the exhibition of the film at their theater. There is one page which also shows all the posters that were available for the movie. This original pressbook has no cuts or excisions and is in very fine condition.

Original French One Panel Poster (47×63) for the Anthony Asquith drama, THE V.I.P.S (1963) starring Elizabeth Taylor, Richard Burton, Louis Jourdan, Maggie Smith, Margaret Rutherford, and Orson Welles. The story concerns a group of rich, powerful, and influential passengers who are grounded at Heathrow airport during heavy fog and proceed to hammer out their personal affairs in the airport lounge. This movie was the first time Taylor and Burton appeared together since CLEOPATRA, and while most critics demurred, the public ate it up. The film has acquired a certain cult status now, and was recently the subject of a documentary film. Rutherford won the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress for her comic performance as the Duchess of Brighton. With beautiful artwork by Roger Soubie, this original French poster is in very fine plus condition.

Original MGM Three Sheet Poster (41×81) for the Charles Walters romantic comedy, ASK ANY GIRL (1959)—starring David Niven, Shirley MacLaine, Gig Young, and Rod Taylor. Meg (MacLaine) is a refreshingly innocent, naive, quirky, and good-natured heroine who goes to New York thinking that success is just a step away. She stumbles into a job at a market research firm run by two brothers, opposite types, one of whom (Niven) decides to shape her into the kind of woman his brother (Young) should fall in love with. Naturally, his little scheme backfires, and he ends up falling in love with his creation. This original and unused three sheet poster is folded and in very fine condition.
