Original American International One Sheet Poster (27×41) for the Daniel Haller horror film, THE DUNWICH HORROR (1970) starring Sandra Dee, Dean Stockwell, Ed Begley, and Lloyd Bochner. This is the story of a very strange fellow named Wilbur (Stockwell), the grandson of a warlock who was lynched years earlier, who asks to borrow a magical book of the Necronomicon (a book of the dead) from his professor (Begley), but his professor refuses. Next he turns his attentions to Nancy (Dee) who winds up staying at his house for the weekend and wishing she hadn’t. Although there are some truly creepy moments in the film, there is also a lot of unintentional hilarity as well. This original one sheet poster is in very fine plus condition.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

Original Polish Poster (26×38) for the Henry Koster family comedy, TAKE HER, SHE’S MINE (1963) starring James Stewart, Sandra Dee, Audrey Meadows, Philippe Forquet, Robert Morley, Bob Denver, John McGiver and Irene Tsu. In this typical early 1960s comedy, Stewart plays a worried father concerned that his college co-ed daughter (Sandra Dee) is becoming a libertine. He follows her to Europe keeping an eye on her every move. In the end, she’s revealed to be nice girl and the father gets into a variety of sketchy predicaments. The poster art features an image of a typical American businessman screaming — sort of a pop-art, MAD MEN version of Edvard Munch’s THE SCREAM. Art is by Wesja Jestmoja.

Original Universal Pictures Window Card (14×22) for the Harry Keller romantic comedy, TAMMY TELL ME TRUE (1961)—starring Sandra Dee, John Gavin, Charles Drake, Virginia Grey, and Beulah Bondi. Dee replaces Debbie Reynolds in this and the last Tammy film. Some critics have complained that while Dee was fine in the “Gidget” movies, she was a lackluster Tammy next to Reynolds, who played the role in the first film. In this sequel, Tammy leaves Mississippi to attend college where she develops a relationship with a young man (Gavin). This original window card is in near mint condition. The window card was used at the Nona Theater in Lafayette, Louisiana. As with most theater used cards, this one has the theater and playdate stamped on it.
