It’s a story about James (Terry), an orphan raised by his terrible aunts (Leeves and Lumley) who befriends and goes on adventures with humanesque insects who live inside a giant peach. The film begins and ends with live action but is all animation in the rest of the film. This wonderful adaptation of Roald Dahl’s classic dreamlike children’s story has superb animation and a wonderful musical score by Randy Newman, who received an Academy Award nomination. This original rolled one sheet poster is in very fine plus condition.
