Original 20th Century Fox One Sheet Poster (27×41) for the Bob Clark musical comedy, RHINESTONE (1984)—starring Sylvester Stallone, Dolly Parton, and Richard Farnsworth. This is the funny story of a country music singer (Parton) who must turn an obnoxious New York cabbie into a singing sensation in order to win a bet and get out of her singing contract. It’s hilarious—for many reasons, some intended, and some not. It’s got funny ethnic stereotypes, great one-liners, and Stallone trying to sing, “Old MacDonald Had a Farm.” Dolly Parton was on a surge of eighties superstardom which she made this musical. The poster is better than the film by far and is rolled and in very fine condition.

Original British Quad Poster (30×40) for the John G. Avildsen sports classic, ROCKY (1976) starring Sylvester Stallone. Talia Shire, Burt Young, and Burgess Meredith. This emotional and inspiring tale of the unbreakable human spirit gives small time boxer Rocky the chance of his life to challenge the heavyweight champion of the world. Director Avildsen wanted the boxing scenes to be so realistic that Stallone and Carl Weathers rehearsed the fight scenes for over 35 hours to get every detail right. The film was a box office and critical success; indeed, it was nominated for 10 Academy Awards including Best Actress for Shire, Best Actor for Stallone, and Best Supporting Actor for both Young and Meredith. The film won the Oscar for Best Picture and Best Director to Avildsen. This original British Quad poster is in very fine condition.
