Original Universal Pictures One Sheet Poster (27×41) for the Curt Siodmak horror adventure, CURUCU, BEAST OF THE AMAZON (1956) starring John Bromfield, Beverly Garland, and Tom Payne. Filmed in color on location in Brazil, this is the story of Rock Dean (Bromfield) and Dr. Andrea Romar (Garland) who travel up the Amazon to investigate why plantation workers are leaving their work in panic because of the attacks of a legendary monster named Curucu. However, at the end the monster is revealed to be a man in a costume trying to scare people away. This original one sheet poster is in very fine to near mint condition. Colors are bright and vivid and there are no fold separations, no pinholes. Nice! The art is by famous illustrator Reynold Brown.
