Loosely adapted from two novels by Robert Louis Stevenson, KIDNAPPED and its sequel CATRIONA, Jack Pullman penned a superb script with some elegantly witty dialogue. The story is set during the Jacobite Rebellion, a fruitless series of military campaigns to restore the Stuart kings to the thrones of Scotland and England, and the film’s portrayal of this political cause is both accurate and insightful. The film is also blessed with stunning cinematography of Scotland by Paul Beeson and a beautiful score by Roy Budd. This original one sheet poster is folded and in very fine condition.
