Original American International Pictures One Sheet Poster (27×41) for the Giulio Paradisi sci-fi horror classic, THE VISITOR (1979) starring Mel Ferrer, Glenn Ford, Lance Henriksen, and John Huston. Best summarized as the story of a young girl with psychic/telekinetic powers who is sought by the forces of both good an evil, THE VISITOR (released in Italy as STRIDULUM) was not well-received by critics or the general public. Not only was the plot derivative of many blockbusters of the time (THE EXORCIST, CLOSE ENCOUNTERS OF THE THIRD KIND), but the poster itself irritated moviegoers when the gigantic alien Cyclops featured on the one-sheet made no appearance whatsoever in the film. This original one sheet poster is folded and in very good condition. Marker on the reverse side of the poster is very lightly visible from the front, and one extra fold is lightly evident on the poster.
