Original Columbia Pictures Scene Lobby Card (11×14) for the Gregory Ratoff ballet drama, THE MEN IN HER LIFE (1941) starring Loretta Young, Conrad Veidt, Dean Jagger, and Eugenie Leontovich. Young plays a circus performer who becomes a great ballerina. She marries her first husband, her mentor and teacher (Veidt), out of gratitude. After his death, she marries an American in the hope that she can finally leave the dance world. But she winds up leaving him and returning to ballet. This is a charming and sincere film in which Young gives one of the best performances of her career. This original scene card of Veidt and Young is in fine condition, with some minor pinholes and discoloration.

The female dean of a music school (O’Hara) is transformed from a dowdy frump into a glamorous woman. Soon, big band leader Barry (James) and crooner Jimmy (Haymes) are both vying for her affection. The film capitalizes on two of the biggest idols of the Big Ban era—Harry James and Dick Haymes. With wonderful images of O’Hara, James, and Haymes– this original one sheet poster is folded and in good condition only—with tape on the back, minor fold separations, and a small piece missing in the upper right corner. 20th Century-Fox One Sheet Poster (27×41) for the Gregory Ratoff Technicolor musical, IRISH EYES ARE SMILING (1944) starring Monty Woolley, June Haver, and Dick Haymes. This musical biography of the life of Ernest R. Ball, composer of many popular Irish songs, is both entertaining and colorful. Alfred Newman received an Academy Award nomination for his wonderful musical score. This original one sheet poster is linen-backed and in very fine condition. There are minor distresses at the edges in the corners of the poster.
