Original Paramount Pictures One Sheet Poster (27×41) for the R. G. Springsteen action western, WACO (1966) starring Howard Keel, Jane Russell, Brian Donlevy, and Wendell Corey. Producer A.C. Lyles made several low-budget westerns in the 60s that featured veteran actors. Waco does not refer to the Texas town, but rather is the name of the gunfighter hero (Keel) who is released from jail to clean up a town being terrorized by a gang under the leadership of black-garbed Ace Ross (Donlevy). In a major music promotion for the film, TV “Bonanza” star Lorne Greene recorded the title song for a single released in coordination with the film’s release. This original one sheet poster is folded and in very fine condition.

Original Republic Pictures One Sheet Poster (27×41) for the R.G. Springsteen western comedy, OKLAHOMA ANNIE (1952) starring Judy Canova, John Russell, and Grant Withers. In this film, country bumpkin Canova runs a general store, falls in love with the new sheriff, and helps clean up corruption in the town. Singer/comedienne Canova was very popular in the 1930s and 1940s—with her raucous off-key singing, yodeling, and loads of corn-pone humor. This original one sheet poster is folded and in very good plus condition.
