Original Sheet Music (9×12) for the song “Louise” sung in the Richard Wallace romantic musical, INNOCENTS OF PARIS (1929) starring Maurice Chevalier, Sylvia Beecher, and Russell Simpson. This first talkie for Chevalier immediately made him a box office sensation. With music by Richard A. Whiting and lyrics by Leo Robin, the song was sung by Chevalier in the film. Although the photo shows the image slightly eclipsed, the real sheet music has not been trimmed in any way and is in very fine condition.

Original RKO One Sheet Poster (27×41) for the Richard Wallace adventure romance, SINBAD THE SAILOR (1947) starring Douglas Fairbanks Jr., Maureen O’Hara, Walter Slezak, and Anthony Quinn. Sinbad’s eight adventures are full of great wit and outstanding dialog, rather than flashy special effects. Douglas Fairbanks Jr. is suitably dashing as the wily Sinbad, and his on-screen chemistry with Maureen O’Hara is quite good. This original one sheet poster is folded and in fine plus condition.

Original RKO Scene Lobby Card (11×14) for the Richard Wallace film-noir thriller, THE FALLEN SPARROW (1943) starring John Garfield, Maureen O’Hara, Walter Slezak, and Patricia Morison. This wonderful thriller tells the story of John McKittick (Garfield), a former Spanish Civil War prisoner, who arrives in New York to find out the truth behind the death of his friend. When he discovers that Nazi agents are chasing him, he realizes that he can’t trust anyone. Hollywood “fought” World War II on many fronts, including thrillers like this dedicated to smoking out the Fifth Column at home. Based on a popular novel by Dorothy B. Hughes, the title comes from the line “. . . in a world at war many sparrows must fall.” This original scene lobby card is in fine plus condition with only some minor pinholes and edge wear.
