This was yet another of the Amicus Films Omnibus entries featuring a quartet of horror stories involving a sinister house, vampirism, witchcraft, a psychotic strangler and a wax museum. All of these tales are under the investigatory eye of an inspector from Scotland Yard. Screenwriter Robert Bloch, best known for PSYCHO, delivers a frightfest of fun for fans of the genre. The original one sheet poster offered here is folded and in fine condition.

Original Warner Brothers One Sheet Poster (27×41) for Terence Fisher’s horror film FRANKENSTEIN MUST BE DESTROYED (1969) starring Peter Cushing, Veronica Carlson, Simon Ward and Freddie Jones. With a better than usual cast, Hammer Films creats a particularly strong entry in their ongoing Frankenstein series with this Victorian tale of science, madness, drug use and brain transplantation. Veteran actor Peter Cushing plays the Baron, this time involved in a plot to save his former medical partner, now insane and confined to a London asylum. The monster in this film, sympathetically portrayed by Freddie Jones, manages to evoke a fine balance between pity and terror. The poster is in very fine condition with minor pin holes.

Last in the Hammer Frankenstein series; this film deals with the Baron (Cushing) hiding out in an insane asylum so that he may continue with his experiments to reanimate the dead. This original one sheet poster is in very fine condition with only some minor pinholes.

Original Universal Pictures One Sheet Poster (27×41) for the Terence Fisher horror classic, THE MUMMY (1959) starring Peter Cushing, Christopher Lee, and Yvonne Furneaux. This film was a British remake of the 1932 Universal classic starring Boris Karloff, but in this new version Christopher Lee makes the title character more powerful and threatening than Karloff. This film capped off an impressive initial run of horror movies from Hammer Studions, and it is beautifully filmed and wonderfully acted. This original one sheet poster is in very fine condition.

Original 20th Century-Fox Double Feature One Sheet (27×41) for the Terence Fisher horror classic, FRANKENSTEIN CREATED WOMAN (1967) starring Peter Cushing, Susan Denberg, and Robert Morris and also THE MUMMY’S SHROUD. This Hammer Film Productions movie FRANKENSTEIN CREATED WOMAN feature was Peter Cushing’s fourth time to play the role of Frankenstein. In this film, Frankenstein discovers how to contain the soul of somebody after they die. After his helper Hans (Morris) is unjustly found guilty and guillotined, his distraught girlfriend Christina (Denberg) kills herself. Frankenstein puts the soul of Hans into Christina’s body. Cushing is wonderful, as usual, as the completely sympathetic, intelligent, and witty scientist struggling outside society’s version of morality. This one sheet poster is a double feature poster in very fine condition.
