Original Warner Brothers 1956 Re-Release Half Sheet Poster (22×28) for the Raoul Walsh film-noir thriller, HIGH SIERRA (1941) starring Ida Lupino and Humphrey Bogart. One of Bogart’s best gangster roles, he played many sensitive scenes with surprising depth of character. This was the last movie in which Bogart did not receive top billing. A thoughtful script, artful direction, and masterful performances make this one of the best film-noir thrillers ever. Original release posters for this film are very pricey and almost impossible to find. Good condition only. Some smudging and minor tears. Rumpled. This poster is dirty with some issues that can be easily addressed in restoration — and worth restoring!
