Original 20th Century Fox One Sheet Poster (27x41) for the Otto Preminger film-noir masterpiece, LAURA (1944)—starring Gene Tierney, Dana Andrews, Clifton Webb, and Vincent Price. One of the best Hollywood movies of the 1940's and certainly one of the best film-noir movies of all time, Tierney gives an outstanding performance as the title character—a woman who seems to bewitch every man she meets, including the police detective (Andrews) who is investigating her murder. The film received five Academy Award nominations—including Best Director for Preminger and Best Supporting Actor for Webb. Joseph LaShelle won the Oscar for Best Cinematography. This original one sheet poster is in very fine plus condition - just lovely!
