Hoffman is truly amazing as the unemployed actor with a reputation for being difficult, who disguises himself as a woman to get a role in a soap opera. The film was a box office hit and received 10 Academy Award nominations—including Best Actor for Hoffman, Best Supporting Actress for Gar, Best Director for Pollack, and Best Picture. Jessica Lange won the sole Oscar for Best Supporting Actress. This unfolded original one sheet advance poster is in very fine plus condition.

This is an original 1997 Studio Canal Re-release One Sheet Poster (27x41) for the Mike Nichols edgy comic masterpiece, THE GRADUATE (1967)--starring Anne Bancroft, Dustin Hoffman, and Katharine Ross. This film is considered one of the greatest American films; indeed, the American Film Institute has ranked this film at number seven of the best American films. It was nominated for seven Academy Awards—including Best Picture, Best Actor for Hoffman, Best Actress for Bancroft, Best Supporting Actress for Ross. Director Nichols won the Oscar for Best Director. This poster was issued for the re-release of the 30th anniversary presentation of the film in 1997. The original one sheet poster is rolled and in near mint condition.

This is an original Embassy Pictures Half Sheet (22x28) poster (27x41) for the Mike Nichols edgy comic masterpiece, THE GRADUATE (1967)--starring Anne Bancroft, Dustin Hoffman, and Katharine Ross. There is a bit of scribbing - almost unobtrusive in the white background area that prevent this poster from being graded higher. This is a very simple fix for an experienced restorer. Also a very small tear in the top border area. The half sheet poster presents the best image of Hoffman and Bancroft together. In bed no less! Hard to find in this format.

After moving to Britain to get away from violence in America, Astrophysicist David (Hoffman) and his wife Amy (George) are bullied and taken advantage of by local construction workers. The enigmatic title comes from Chinese philospher Lao-tzu who wrote, “Heaven and earth are not humane, and regard the people as straw dogs.” This highly charged, extremely intense, and brutally violent film redefined cinema violence forever. This original three sheet poster is folded and in very fine plus condition.
