Original United Artists One Sheet Poster (27×41). Near Mint.
This is an original United Artists One Sheet Poster for the Gordon Douglas musical comedy, FOLLOW THAT DREAM (1962)—starring Elvis Presley, Anne Helm and Arthur O’Connell. This ninth movie for Presley was based on the 1957 Richard Powell novel, “Pioneer, Go Home,” the story of the Kwimper family, who homestead on land along a newly built highway in Florida. While there are more famous Presley films, never was Elvis more charming or appealing. He also performs some of his best “movie” songs, including “Follow That Dream” and “What a Wonderful Life.” This original one sheet poster is in near mint condition.

The part of the film where Elvis performs the title song is a milestone in rock music history. Indeed, the title song sold 2 million records within the first two weeks of its release and served to promote the film, which grossed several millions. This original French poster is in near mint condition.
BLUE HAWAII (1961) 19442

His father wants him to go to work for the family fruit company, but Chad goes to work as a tour guide for his girlfriend’s agency instead. The soundtrack is probably Presley’s best with the big hit “Can’t Help Falling In Love With You.” The soundtrack spent 20 consecutive weeks at the #1 spot on Billboard’s Top LP Chart in 1961-62 and stayed on the charts for 79 weeks. This original one sheet poster is linen-backed and in very fine plus condition.
CHARRO! (1969) 2291
Original National General Pictures One Sheet Poster (27×41). Originally folded. Good condition.
Original National General Pictures One Sheet Poster (27x41) for the Charles Marquis Warren western, CHARRO! (1969)—starring Elvis Presley, Ina Balin, Victor French, and Barbara Werle. This film was intended to be a totally different kind of role for Elvis. Except for singing the title song over the opening credits, Elvis does not sing any other songs in the film. Elvis plays a gunfighter who decides to go straight but his old gang pulls him back in to steal a cannon, which is a priceless gem from the Mexican Revolution. Besides Elvis playing a serious dramatic role, the film also has a good supporting cast, a decent script, beautiful cinematography, and a great musical score. Originally folded, this original one sheet poster is in good condition only. Has a hole in the upper right; appropriate for linen backing. Ask us about linen backing and restoration.

This original one sheet poster is in very fine condition.
PARADISE HAWAIIAN STYLE (1966) 16342
Original Paramount Pictures One Sheet Poster (27×41). Near mint condition.
Original Paramount Pictures One Sheet Poster (27x41) for the Michael D. Moore musical comedy, PARADISE, HAWAIIAN STYLE (1966)--starring Elvis Presley, Suzanna Leigh and James Shigeta. Elvis had been over this territory for Paramount once before, in the more sumptuous BLUE HAWAII (1961). That movie had been blessed with at least one song that made it into the Elvis Canon, "I Can't Help Falling In Love With You." No such luck here, but we do have a more sixties if not more sexy Elvis flaunting his playboy ways as a roguish pilot who starts a helicopter flying service in the islands. Add a pretty girl, Suzanna Leigh, and an appealing handsome Japanese-American actor, James Shigeta (of FLOWER DRUM SONG fame) and you have the Elvis Formula in place. Of course, the poster is better than the movie! And in near mint unbacked condition.
LOVING YOU (1957) 20052
Original Paramount Pictures Three Sheet Poster (41×81). Fine condition.
Original Paramount Pictures Three Sheet Poster (41x81) for the Hal Kanter musical drama, LOVING YOU (1957)—starring Elvis Presley, Lizabeth Scott, and Wendell Corey. Elvis plays a delivery man who is discovered by publicist Glenda (Scott) and country-western musician Tex (Corey) who want to promote the talented newcomer to fame and fortune. This semi-autobiographical tale about a working class boy who hits the big time was Elvis’ first color film, and it was both beautifully filmed and well-directed with many memorable songs. This original three sheet poster is in fine condition. There are some smudges in the bottom section, some edge wear on the left side, a missing chip in the lower left corner, pinholes, and small holes above the title. A prime candidate for linen backing. Ask us about linen backing.
