Original RKO Scene Lobby Card (11x14) for the Frank Capra dramatic masterpiece, IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE (1946) starring James Stewart, Donna Reed, Gloria Grahame and Lionel Barrymore. This film has enduring popularity because Stewart's character is the kind of every man we can all identify with when he confronts the "richest and meanest man in town," demonically portrayed by Barrymore. The film received five Academy Award nominations—including Best Picture, Best Director for Capra, and Best Actor for Stewart. In this lobby card, we see Stewart confronting the despot Barrymore in a key scene. There are some small holes and spots in the image area, some surface paper loss on the left border, and faint foxing and scuffing. This original scene lobby card is overall in very good condition.
