Original Paramount Pictures One Sheet Poster (27×41) for the Norman Taurog science fiction comedy, VISIT TO A SMALL PLANET (1960) starring Jerry Lewis, Joan Blackman, Earl Holliman, and Fred Clark. Lewis plays a childish alien named Kreton, who decides to visit Earth. The screenplay was adapted from a popular Broadway play by Gore Vidal that opened at the Boothe Theater on February 7, 1957 and ran for 388 performances. This was the last studio picture for Lewis under his old Paramount contract before he formed his own independent production company. This original one sheet poster is folded and in very fine condition.

Original 20th Century-Fox One Sheet Poster (27×41) for the David Cronenberg surreal drama, NAKED LUNCH (1991) starring Peter Weller, Judy Davis, and Ian Holm. This film is not so much an adaptation of beat icon William S. Burroughs’ famous novel; rather, it is mix of Burroughs’ biography combined with elements of his writings to produce a bizarre, drug-induced fantasy. Director Cronenberg brings his own interpretation and experience of reading Burroughs in this visually intense film, and it is significant that the author gave his enthusiastic permission for this project. This original double-sided one sheet poster is unfolded and in very fine plus condition.

Original Italian 1964 Re-Release Poster (79×55) for the Giuseppe De Santis drama, RISO AMARO (1949) starring Vittorio Gassman, Doris Dowling, Silvana Mangano, and Raf Vallone. In this earthy drama released in the U.S. under the title BITTER RICE, two small-time criminals (Gassman and Dowling) team up with a voluptuous rice worker (Mangano) and a former soldier (Vallone) in a complex plot involving robbery, love, and murder. The film was one of the biggest worldwide box-office hits of Neo-Realism. This original Italian re-release poster is folded and in fine condition with some minor tears.

Original United Artists One Sheet Poster (27×41) for the John Glen action thriller, THE LIVING DAYLIGHTS (1987) starring Timothy Dalton, Maryam d’Abo, and Jeroen Krabbe. Based on the 14th and last in the James Bond series of books by Ian Fleming, “Octopussy and the Living Daylights,” this was Timothy Dalton’s first appearance as the British spy. He had been considered for the part ever since Sean Connery left the role following YOU ONLY LIVE TWICE (1967). Released on the 25th anniversary of the James Bond films, Bond’s main task is to stop an evil arms dealer from starting another world war. This original one sheet poster is rolled and in very fine plus condition.
