Original Republic Pictures One Sheet Poster (27x41) for the Fred C. Brannon science fiction classic, MISSILE MONSTERS (1958) starring Walter Reid, Lois Collier, Gregory Gaye, and James Craven. This is the feature version of the previously released Republic serial, FLYING DISC MAN FROM MARS (1950) about a Martian warlord named Mota who is armed with sinister weapons from another planet and who teams up with a mad scientist to conquer the world. Even in the angst of the early cold war period, this image of the man in the missile could not be read as anything other than comic. This original one sheet poster is in very fine condition.
