TO CATCH A THIEF (1955) 13911

Original Paramount Pictures One Sheet Poster (27×41). Linen-backed. Very Fine.

Original Paramount Pictures One Sheet Poster (27x41) for the Alfred Hitchcock thriller, TO CATCH A THIEF (1955)—starring Cary Grant and Grace Kelly. Grant plays a retired jewel thief and Kelly plays a slightly naughty nouveau riche daughter of an oil millionaire. This film was somewhat lighter fare for Hitchcock without his trademark suspense, but with snappy dialogue replete with sexual innuendo. Nominated for three Academy Awards, Robert Burks won the Oscar for Best Color Cinematography. He shot almost the entire film on location on the French Riviera. This original one sheet poster is linen-backed and in very fine condition.
