This is an original 20th Century Fox One Sheet Poster (27x41) for the Herbert I. Leeds war drama, MANILA CALLING (1942)—starring Lloyd Nolan, Carole Landis, and Cornel Wilde. When the Japanese capture the principal radio station of the American Radio Communications Company in the Philippines, the staff manages to escape into the jungle. They decide to hide in the mountains rather than surrender and go to a Japanese prison camp. Originally folded, this stone lithograph one sheet poster is in fine plus condition with only minor fold separations at the intersection and a missing chip in the upper border. This poster was part of the famous Royal Theater Collection.
