Original Italian 1978 Re-Release Locandina (13×27) for the Norman Foster western, INDIAN PAINT (1965)—starring Johnny Crawford, Jay Silverheels, and Pat Hogan. Two television icons, young Crawford from “The Rifleman” and Silverheels from “The Lone Ranger”—team up in this family film about a Native American boy’s rite of passage to manhood and other adventures. Crawford is the son of the tribal chief (Silverheels) who is determined to tame a painted pony. Supposedly set before the Europeans came, apparently the producers forgot that the Europeans brought horses to the New World. The film was shot on a shoestring budget completely outdoors in Texas where the action would have taken place a few hundred years earlier. With art by Mafe, this original Italian locandina is in very good condition. The poster has been stored folded, and is folded several times horizontally, and there are also some pinholes and small tears. Would look nice linen backed. Ask us about poster conservation.

Original Crown International Pictures Insert Poster (14×36) for the Ralph Cushman drama, SECRET FILE HOLLYWOOOD (1961)– starring Robert Clarke, Maralou Gray, and Francine York. Another classic z-movie! The production values are so bad on this film that one can see the boom microphone in several shots. Yet the film has asserted itself as a campy movie about a private eye digging up dirt on Hollywood celebrities. The movie is not without it’s own brand of entertainment value, but the poster is rather wonderful. This insert poster is in very fine, but not near mint condition. Some minor distresses.

Original Crown International Pictures One Sheet Poster (27×41) for the Paul Kyriazi martial arts action drama, DEATH MACHINES (1976) starring Ronald L. Marchini, Michael Chong, and Joshua Johnson. This original one sheet poster is folded and in very fine condition, with only pinholes in the corners.

Original Crown International Pictures One Sheet Poster (27×41) for the Sam Grossman sexploitation comedy, THE VAN (1977) starring Stuart Goetz, Deborah White, Harry Moses, and Danny DeVito. This is the story of Bobby (Goetz), who blows all his college savings on a van and tries to get the girl of his dreams. This sexploitation comedy cheese is representative of the prevailing carnal wet dream of American high school and college boys of the 1970s, and for that reason can be thought of as a kind of cultural “artifact” of the period. This scarce 70s sexploitation poster is in good condition. There is some minor tape of reverse side. The lower right corner is missing, and there is a chip out of the right border area.

Original Crown International Pictures One Sheet Poster (27×41) for the Alex Nicol sexploitation horror melodrama, POINT OF TERROR (1971)– starring Peter Carpenter, Dyanne Thorne, Lory Hansen, and Leslie Simms. This film tells the story of a ruthless nightclub singer who has nightmares about being involved in adultery and murder, only to wake up and realize that indeed he might be involved in adultery and murder. This film is so astonishingly awful that it is included in a 2004 Rhino multi-film DVD set titled HORRIBLE HORRORS. This original one sheet poster is in fine condition.
